Terms of Service
1. Service description
Trimry provides weekly timing guidance for haircuts, shaving, nail cutting, and symbolic release routines inspired by Tibetan calendar traditions. Delivery is available by email, WhatsApp, or both.
2. Subscription and billing
The Trimry plan is billed at USD 2.99 per month. It includes one ritual forecast delivered each Monday by your selected channel: email, WhatsApp, or both. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. If you decide to come back later, you can reactivate from the same account by starting a new Stripe checkout. Billing details, payment methods, invoices, and historical billing records remain available through the Stripe-hosted billing tools linked from your dashboard.
3. WhatsApp consent and contact rules
You must only provide phone numbers for recipients who have consented to receive your requested Trimry subscription communications. If you enable WhatsApp delivery, you authorize Trimry to send subscription and service-related WhatsApp messages to that number. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or equivalent command) in WhatsApp or by disabling WhatsApp delivery from your account settings.
4. Account security
You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Trimry for unlawful activity.
6. Service providers
Trimry relies on third-party providers to operate the service, including payment processing (Stripe), WhatsApp delivery infrastructure (Meta/WhatsApp), cloud hosting, and database infrastructure. Provider availability, policy controls, and technical limits may affect delivery outcomes.
